Wen and Fran
Wendy and Francia came over for a 10-day visit! Though I could only accompany them for the last 3 days, we had quite a lot of fun! Not too bad huh, this trip. (^.^)
Kiyomizudera

That's us!

Wendy and Fran
Then off we went rushing to the next destination, Kinkakuji. We were left with about 10 mins when we arrived. Nevertheless, it was good enough that we managed to get in!

Being the Singaporeans that we were, we wanted to make full use of the bus pass. We took the bus down to Gion, and even managed to take a look at Yasaka shrine, and the best thing was, it was free. (^.~)

Lanterns at Yasaka
The next day at Arashiyama.

Wendy and Francia were crazy over Matcha-everything, and Wendy wanted to try
the real Matcha. We found this cozy little stall along the way, and the lady was really nice to us! Ended up chatting and taking pics.

Sunset at Arashiyama
Then off to the long-awaited Harborland. Why was it so long-awaited? You'd have to ask them yourself. Hehehe But I'm sure it was well worth the wait huh?

USJ!
My 4th cum 5th time there. Why do I say that? Cos I bought my ticket at the train station, and ended up losing it somewhere along the way, and I have totally no idea where. Went back to the garbage bin to search, and what do you know, the rubbish was cleared all within 20 minutes? If this is not suayness, I don't know what is. So I ended up having to buy another one. Damn, what the hell. Double the price, double the fun!

My favorite gingerbread man

We're legal aliens - we're Singaporeans in Japan
Certainly hope you two had lots of fun. Cos I sure did. (^.^)Y Kampai!

marcheleven: dunno leh - I was told it was an English Shephard. Wendy, any idea?
Narf: Glad that it was fun for you! =) minus the murmus and teeth grinding of course. haha
HAHA... actually i miss the murmurings and the teeth grinding sounds... i guess 10days made it a habit already.. plus the nice THICK BREAD.. cornflakes and honey.. i never eat plain cornflakes one.. that day i went ntuc to buy.. its really nice.. maybe didn't know how to appreciate it when i was young :)
ditd: haha, yah actually I also found out how well cornflakes go with bread only recently, when I had too much cornflakes to finish, and I started putting them on bread and in yogurt. Very nice!
